About the Role

As a Food Service Associate, you will be the final link in delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your primary mission is to ensure that every completed food order reaches guest tables and the bar with care, verifying satisfaction and proactively addressing any additional needs. You will play a vital role in maintaining the ambiance of the dining room by replenishing utensils, napkins, and condiments, as well as assisting in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in professional hospitality. You will be expected to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle service ware and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds. Success in this role requires a pleasant personality, clear communication skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they arise.

Work Environment & Schedule

This role operates on a flexible schedule, including 1st and 2nd shifts. Availability for weekends and holidays is required to support our guests during peak times.
