About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations. This role exists to ensure a positive atmosphere of teamwork and energy while delivering excellent customer service. You will act as a key partner to the General Manager, assisting with team building and coaching the crew to perform at their best.
In this position, you will lead a team with minimal supervision, demonstrating commitment, hard work, honesty, and friendliness. Your day will involve maintaining a safe and organized restaurant, handling customer concerns promptly to delight guests, and managing the opening and closing of the store. You will also uphold daily cleaning duties and utilize computer systems to support our operations.
