About the Role
Whether you are just starting out or have experience, this role is for those with great people skills, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for fitness, a drive for success, and a history of commitment in delivering results and motivating clients. Noteworthy behaviors include being conscientious, thorough, precise, disciplined, and sincere.
As a Personal Trainer, you will understand the specific needs and limitations of every client to facilitate safe, fun, and results-driven fitness programming. You will engage with members to drive new client acquisition, design programs for individual success, and conduct initial fitness consultations. This role requires a commitment to customer service excellence and staying current with fitness trends.
We offer pathways for growth at every stage of your career:
- Level 0 PT: For the fitness enthusiast who wants to become a Personal Trainer but has not yet started. No prior experience is needed; we will certify you in Personal Training and CPR in-house post-hire.
- Level 1 PT: For beginning-level trainers with less than one year of experience, holding either a CPT certification or a bachelor's degree in exercise science.
- Level 2 PT: For experienced trainers with two certifications or one year of verified industry experience.

Requirements
- verifiedValid CPR/AED Certification within 30 days of employment
