About the Role
Security Officers serve as the frontline guardians for the safety of patrons, employees, and the entire Wynn and Encore Property. This role is unique in its dual mandate: enforcing safety policies and laws while simultaneously delivering the exceptional, Forbes Five-Star guest experience that defines the Wynn|Encore Las Vegas ambiance.
In this position, you will be the face of the resort's security operations. Your day involves patrolling the property to observe activities, monitoring access points, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies. You will be expected to resolve issues arising from both patrons and employees, manage crowd control, and handle security incidents with professionalism and discretion.
Beyond safety, you are a key ambassador for the resort. You must possess a deep knowledge of the property's features, hours of operation, and available events to assist guests effectively. Whether escorting cash transfers, performing ID checks, or providing medical assistance using First Aid, CPR, and AED protocols, your actions directly contribute to a secure and welcoming environment for everyone on-site.
