About the Role
Are you a people-person with a passion for sales, service, and building community? We are looking for a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team as the face of our community. In this position, you will be the most important personnel in determining how well our community performs in a competitive marketplace.
Your primary mission is to interface with prospective residents, handle day-to-day issues with current residents, and coordinate lease renewals. You will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing excellent service while effectively leasing apartments in accordance with occupancy goals. This role requires a blend of marketing, customer service, and administrative precision to ensure a seamless experience from the initial inquiry through move-in and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLease apartments in accordance with occupancy goals and Fair Housing Standards
- check_circleAssist with roommate matching and communicate resident requests to management
- check_circleManage lease renewals and promote annual renewal campaigns to existing residents
- check_circlePerform move-in inspections and coordinate the move-in process with new residents
- check_circleMaintain leasing office cleanliness and prepare refreshments for visitors and prospects
- check_circleConduct outside marketing and inspect signage, model units, and amenities areas
- check_circleEnter prospect and applicant data into Entrata and maintain lead tracking systems
- check_circleComplete lease paperwork, addendums, and documentation for all residents
- check_circleCoordinate work orders with the maintenance team and follow up on completion status
- check_circleConduct application reviews including credit, income, and background checks
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree preferred; or High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience
- verifiedKnowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
- verifiedKnowledge in Entrata preferred
