About This Role
This position serves as a technical system support specialist for all Commercial activities that cross department boundaries within the Operations Division. You will act as a vital link in resolving customer problems and providing "hotline" training support for Network and Mainframe computer systems serviced by Treasury Services Operations and other Operational departments. Your work ensures that technical challenges are addressed with a heightened focus on customer satisfaction and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleResolve low to medium complexity technical system support issues with a customer focus
- check_circleOpen, review, and resolve cases through the Salesforce case management system
- check_circleProcess account maintenances through various banking applications
- check_circleProvide technical support for enhanced security password resets
- check_circleAssist new customers with Commerce Connections and connecting applications
- check_circleResolve customer issues with Clover point of sale hardware and platform
- check_circleAnswer inbound phone calls from customers and third parties regarding system inquiries
- check_circleAssist callers with debit and credit card reissues through TSYS mainframe and TCI platform
Requirements
- verifiedAssociate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- verified1+ year financial services or banking experience
- verified1+ years customer service experience in call center or relationship management
- verifiedIntermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
