The Customer Service Representative serves as the vital relationship and communication link between customers, sales, and operations. By putting customers first, this role models exceptional service to create lasting partnerships. The CSR acts as a critical point of contact for order management, service, and support, proactively providing problem-solving and relevant project information to both internal and external stakeholders.
As a highly valued team member, the CSR works closely with the sales team to advocate for SupplyOne values, services, and capabilities. The goal is to provide complete solutions across the full breadth of core product categories, ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet and exceed sales growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProcess and confirm orders and communicate requirements on the day received
- check_circleGenerate standard quotes within 24 to 48 hours of receipt
- check_circleBuild and maintain accurate specs and inventory items within 24 to 48 hours
- check_circleMaintain current price lists to protect and maintain gross profit margins
- check_circlePrepare proposals and miscellaneous correspondence for customers
- check_circleMaintain thorough customer records and monitor slow payment issues
- check_circleResolve customer problems and elevate issues to achieve timely and appropriate resolutions
- check_circleMonitor customer min/max levels, open orders, and inventory to ensure timely delivery
- check_circleServe as a liaison between sales, purchasing, design, manufacturing, and shipping teams
- check_circleAssist with slow-moving inventory and expedite materials based on customer needs
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma/GED
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- verifiedBasic arithmetic including gross profit calculations
