About the Role
The Senior Consumer Relationship Banker is a pivotal role designed to deepen relationships with our most valued customers. You will serve as a primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households, focusing on complex, affluent solutions including wealth opportunities, investments, lending, and in-depth saving conversations.
In this position, you will meet with customers and prospects both in person and on the phone to determine their financial needs and proactively offer appropriate products and guidance. The role requires a blend of individual drive and teamwork; you will work in partnership with the Branch Team to achieve common goals while serving as a subject matter expert for junior-level bankers. Success in this role involves identifying customer needs, educating clients on emerging digital solutions, and providing a consistent, optimal customer experience.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED
- verifiedTwo (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
- verifiedAbility to handle cash and process cash transactions
- verifiedAbility to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- verifiedAbility to use a computer on a frequent basis
- verifiedAbility to work Saturdays as needed
