The Program Manager serves as the Security Advisor for our clients, providing strategic direction and leadership for assigned accounts. In this capacity, you will own the overall account strategy, managing the creation and execution of security program strategies that align Securitas and client goals while driving account profitability.
Your day-to-day involves proactive account management to ensure consistency across the security footprint, refining processes, and resolving issues with recommendations that prevent recurrence. You will act as the key point of contact for high-quality customer service, analyzing operational and financial indicators to continuously improve performance. This role requires you to coordinate with Global Clients Americas Program Directors, manage Security Risk Reviews using industry best practices, and lead the evaluation of global security needs in a complex business environment.
