- check_circleResolve complex customer service issues and coordinate team productivity
- check_circleEnsure timely and accurate completion of departmental work and management reports
- check_circlePrevent financial losses by maintaining strong attention to detail on bank controls
- check_circleEnsure compliance with departmental controls, SLAs, and regulatory deadlines
- check_circleManage Account Services teams supporting Bankcard and Merchant service requests
- check_circleLead, mentor, and motivate team members to implement department strategy
- check_circlePerform management functions including hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- check_circleSupport budget management, planning, and expenditure activities
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
- verified6+ years of operations experience
- verified3+ years leadership/supervisory experience
- verifiedIntermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook
Nice to Have
Intermediate knowledge of the banking industry, including best practices related to Bankcard maintenance & Merchant setup.
