The Ticketing/Client Services Supervisor in the Theaters and Residencies Division serves as a vital link between AXS and box offices nationwide. This role is designed for a relationship manager and tech support expert who will advocate for venue partners, advise on event configuration, and ensure top-notch service for all AXS products. You will act as a partner to Client Services Managers, developing a deep understanding of each venue's unique challenges while leading and mentoring junior staff. It is a highly visible, strategic position where you will work directly with high-profile sports and music clients to solve problems and share best practices.
