This position serves as a vital support link for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers within the pharmacy ecosystem. The primary mission is to deliver accurate, timely assistance that ensures patients receive their medication refills and shipment coordination efficiently. Success in this role is defined by high-quality customer interactions, consistent production, and strict adherence to regulatory and company standards.
Representatives act as the first point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve caller needs with appropriate follow-up steps. The day-to-day involves processing prescription refills, coordinating shipment schedules, and providing professional customer service with clear, accurate information. While the work is conducted in a structured call center environment involving prolonged sitting and computer-based tasks, the impact is direct: maintaining compliance with pharmacy board requirements and ensuring a seamless experience for those relying on pharmacy services.
Candidates must be prepared to complete an onsite training program located at 5101 Jefferson Commerce Blvd., Louisville, KY 40219. This training runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and lasts between 6 to 8 weeks. Upon successful completion of training, the role transitions to a hybrid model, allowing for remote work. Please note that the remote arrangement is contingent upon maintaining performance and attendance standards; failure to meet these may result in a return to onsite work.
To apply, candidates must confirm their ability to obtain Pharmacy Board Technician Registration by their first day of employment. By submitting an application, you agree to receive communications (calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails) from CornerStone and its affiliates regarding this opportunity. You may reply STOP to cancel text messages or HELP for assistance.
CornerStone is committed to fostering an inclusive environment. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, focusing on their ability to deliver professional service and maintain the high standards required in healthcare support.
