At Great Wolf, the mission is to bring joy to families through immersive experiences. This leadership role is critical in executing business requirements while supporting the retail and attractions team. The goal is to interact with guests and "pack members" to enhance their experience and maximize profitability within the lodge environment.
As a Retail and Attractions Supervisor, you will bring joy to families through active involvement in daily retail and attractions operations. You will supervise daily operations across gift shops, arcades, attractions, and vending areas, ensuring the successful execution of all lodge safety and service standards.
Your day will involve coaching, encouraging, and recognizing pack members, as well as conducting daily stand-up meetings to prioritize tasks and facilitate feedback. You will monitor the performance of attendants in real-time, ensuring retail outlets and attractions are organized, properly stocked, and compliant with safety standards. Additionally, you will partner with department leaders to develop action plans related to guest service and employee engagement, measured through NPS and eNPS.
