About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Consultant for our Market Rate Apartment Community of 240 units in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be the face of our community, responsible for leasing apartments and assisting tenants with their needs. You will guide prospective tenants through the leasing process, from initial inquiries and tours to finalizing lease terms and move-in procedures. Your day will involve building relationships with residents, ensuring a welcoming environment, and supporting the community's retention goals through engagement and excellent service.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma
- verified1-2 years related experience in residential services, customer service, or sales
- verifiedExperience with marketing, sales, and customer service
- verifiedExperience with Bluemoon, Yieldstart preferred, and Onsite or Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) required
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- verifiedWillingness to work weekend shifts
Nice to Have
Experience with Bluemoon and Yieldstart.
