About the Role

As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of safety and order at your designated site. This role exists to maintain a secure environment for customers and co-workers by leading a team of Security Officers and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will partner with our Electronic Security, Global Risk Services, CyberSecurity, and Remote Services (iSOC) divisions to create meaningful 'Hybrid Security' solutions.

In this position, you will maintain a strong visible presence among visitors, patrons, and employees to enforce order and protect property. Your day involves conducting regular foot patrols and surveillance of industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rules. You will be responsible for the performance management, training, coaching, and counseling of your staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle emergency situations and uphold ethical behavior.
