Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee route drivers and deliveries to homes and businesses
- check_circleImprove productivity and streamline branch activities to maximize results
- check_circleCoach team members on upselling techniques and effective language
- check_circleCollaborate with Operational Leader to develop customer service strategies
- check_circleConduct driver execution reviews and lead team meetings
- check_circleSupport branch leadership on day-to-day operations and efficiency
- check_circleEnsure safety compliance by operating vehicles and completing DOT documentation
- check_circleResolve team conflicts and provide coaching and feedback to staff
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- verifiedClass B or A CDL license with airbrake endorsement
- verifiedClean Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years)
- verifiedMust be 21 years of age or older
- verifiedPrior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- verifiedExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power BI
- verifiedStrong English language skills

Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role overseeing a team of employees. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI.
