As an Operations Team Leader, you will serve as an integral part of our branch frontline leadership team in Kent, WA. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on driving efficiency and fostering a positive team culture. You will oversee route drivers and deliveries to homes and businesses, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while maximizing results.
Your day will involve supporting branch leadership with efficient day-to-day operations, coaching team members on effective upselling techniques, and resolving conflicts to maintain a cohesive work environment. You will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, including operating vehicles responsibly and completing daily DOT documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Operational Leader to implement strategies that improve customer service and lead the team to exceed sales targets.
Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
