About the Role
As an Operations Team Leader based in Kent, WA, you will serve as an integral part of our branch frontline leadership team. This role is designed to ensure efficient day-to-day operations while driving peak performance through strong leadership and positive influence. You will oversee route drivers and deliveries to homes and businesses, focusing on improving productivity and streamlining branch activities.
In this position, you will collaborate with the Operational Leader to develop strategies for improved customer service and lead the team to exceed sales targets by coaching members on effective upselling techniques. Your day will involve supporting branch leadership, managing team conflicts, providing coaching and feedback, and training new hires. Safety is paramount; you will ensure safe vehicle operation, complete daily DOT documentation, and take ownership of the safety of yourself, your co-workers, and the public.
