
This fully remote Human Centered Design Analyst role supports the Department of Veterans Affairs in evaluating and improving clinical workflows and user experiences for digital health and AI-enabled solutions. The position involves conducting user research through interviews and observations, synthesizing qualitative data into actionable recommendations, and developing workflow maps to enhance usability and efficiency. Key duties include assisting with user acceptance testing, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and collaborating with clinical and technical teams to optimize provider experiences. The role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on veteran healthcare delivery within a dynamic, mission-driven environment. While primarily remote, occasional travel is required for stakeholder engagement. Candidates must be eligible for a Public Trust clearance.
