The Senior Program Manager - Master Data leads a critical cross-functional transformation to improve quote-time costing accuracy across North America's Engineer-to-Order (ETO) operations. This role is designed to eliminate recurring master data issues within SAP S/4HANA and establish a sustainable governance model that ensures high data quality. You will not perform system configuration or data updates; instead, you will orchestrate the Program Management Office (PMO) to drive alignment, prioritize issues, and implement long-term remediation strategies across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and IT.
This position serves as the central hub for data governance, working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who own the design and execution of specific domains like Product Structure, Materials, and Costing. The role requires approximately 25% travel within North America to engage with plants, facilitate workshops, and align stakeholders.
