About the Role

This position is located within our specialized portfolio enterprise, where we serve diverse businesses supporting unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt, and Cargill joint ventures.

As a Maintenance Planner Lead, you will perform complex planning and scheduling for plant assets and equipment. Leveraging advanced knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices, you will utilize tools and databases to improve machine uptime and efficiency. You will serve as a subject matter expert for transition capital improvement projects, manage custom databases and computerized maintenance management systems, and act as a resource to others by providing detailed job plans for complex preventative maintenance activities. Your role involves solving complex issues, scheduling maintenance downtime, and actively demonstrating safety leadership to ensure the continuous improvement of technical activities.
