About the Role
This position is located within our specialized portfolio enterprise, serving diverse businesses that support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt, and Cargill joint ventures. The Maintenance Planner Lead will perform assigned lead responsibilities and complex planning and scheduling of maintenance on plant assets and equipment. With an in-depth knowledge of maintenance planning, you will leverage tools and databases to improve machine uptime and efficiency, utilizing advanced knowledge and best practices of consistent maintenance and reliability.

Requirements
- verifiedEligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- verified18 years or older
- verifiedMinimum 2 years of experience in production related work
- verifiedAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED or minimum 2 years of experience in production-related work
Nice to Have
Computer operation skills for data entry, inventory monitoring, and shipment completion; experience with warehouse/shipping software, SAP software, or inventory management software. Experience operating and troubleshooting industrial equipment such as packaging machinery. High school diploma or GED. Experience in maintenance trades including welding, pipefitting, fabrication, rigging systems, gearbox and bearings, lubrication, pump and piping systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
