The Senior Program Manager - Master Data leads a critical cross-functional transformation to improve quote-time costing accuracy across North America's Engineer-to-Order (ETO) operations. This role is designed to identify, prioritize, and eliminate master data issues within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring that the organization moves from reactive fixes to proactive data governance.
You will establish a sustainable governance model, analytics framework, and operating cadence that prevents recurring issues. While you do not perform system configuration or execute data updates yourself, you will facilitate alignment and delivery across Product Structure, Materials, Procurement, Costing, and Sales domains. Your leadership ensures that Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) have the structure and clarity needed to deploy long-term, sustainable solutions.
This position reports to the Director of Digital Transformation or Global Supply Chain leadership and requires approximately 25% travel within North America for plant engagement, workshops, and stakeholder alignment.
