The Senior Program Manager - Master Data drives a critical transformation to improve quote-time costing accuracy across North America's Engineer-to-Order (ETO) operations. This role is the architect of a sustainable governance model, analytics framework, and operating cadence designed to eliminate master data issues within SAP S/4HANA. Rather than performing system configuration or data updates, you will lead the cross-functional orchestration that ensures high data quality and prevents recurring issues from quotation through shipment.
You will serve as the central hub connecting Engineering, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Finance, IT, and Sales. Your day involves establishing decision forums, managing issue intake and prioritization, and driving root-cause analysis with subject matter experts. You will partner with Data and IT to build proactive analytics for anomaly detection and embed preventative controls, ensuring that long-term solutions are deployed across multiple manufacturing facilities.
This position requires approximately 25% travel within North America for plant engagement, workshops, and stakeholder alignment. You will report to the Director of Digital Transformation or Global Supply Chain leadership.
