We are seeking an experienced Development Lead to join our team and design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support a critical Automation System for a government client. This new system is designed to streamline business processes and offer more efficient online services to users.
In this role, you will lead requirements gathering, business and technical process analysis, and gap assessments to support system design and validation. You will provide technical expertise across key domains, including enterprise architecture, network infrastructure, database administration, and cybersecurity. Your day-to-day will involve managing hybrid agile development efforts, coordinating release content, and overseeing the technical staff engaged in the solution's development. A significant portion of the role focuses on ensuring the system is secure, scalable, and accessible, requiring you to lead security implementation plans, perform penetration testing, and drive compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508, ADA) throughout the software development lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent. Experience in designing and implementing a Qualifying Software Solution with electronic data processing. Experience developing a distributed and multi-tiered cloud-hosted application. Experience developing APIs and web services for high volume simultaneously transactional systems. Experience on a project that implemented a Qualifying Software Solution involving integration of multiple system interface(s). Experience as a full-stack development lead on a Qualifying Software Solution's development project. Experience with both relational and non-relational (or non-SQL) databases. Experience with developing an enterprise level workflow engine. Possession of one or more industry-recognized certifications relevant to roles and responsibilities, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate. Experience with Notary Automation.
