Your Impact

As our Controllership AI & Automation Transformation Lead, you will lead and deliver targeted AI, analytics, and automation initiatives that improve the speed, quality, and scalability of Controllership processes. You will own discrete projects and workstreams end-to-end, partnering closely with Accounting, IT/Engineering, and Internal Audit to deliver measurable results. This role involves leading meetings with process owners to understand current states and pain points, defining business requirements, and utilizing AI and automation tools to develop solutions. The outcome will involve collaborating with IT and data teams to enable process owners to build solutions themselves, or working hands-on to build solutions directly.

Work Location and Culture

This role is based in our Boston, MA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
