Data Entry Clerk

About the Role

This position serves as a critical bridge between raw customer data and machine learning model development. You will be responsible for reviewing inbound customer faxed forms to identify and extract essential data fields, ensuring high-fidelity transcription into Google Sheets. Your work directly fuels model training, validation, and performance evaluation, while also supporting Proof of Concept (POC) and implementation projects.

In this role, you will validate live fax traffic by comparing original content against extracted data to ensure accuracy. You will also organize and manage data sets within Google Drive, adhering to guidance from Product and Services teams. A key part of your day involves expediting the data prompting process to assist Implementation Engineers, helping to accelerate project timelines while maintaining a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
