About the Role
As a Quality Engineer II, you will join a collaborative cross-functional team in a dynamic environment where your contributions are essential to our mission. This role exists to proactively implement quality design, manufacturing, and administrative processes while driving continuous improvement across the enterprise.
In this position, you will partner with teams to assess product and process risks, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective long-term corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues. You will develop and utilize metrics to identify areas for improvement and train team members in problem-solving methodologies. Your work will span a mixed environment of office, lab, and manufacturing settings, requiring you to lead improvement projects, support design reviews, and ensure customer quality expectations are met in all products and business processes.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Engineering
- verified2-3 years quality assurance related experience
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- verifiedExperience working in an ISO09000 manufacturing environment or equivalent
- verifiedDemonstrated intermediate problem-solving skills – Root Cause Analysis / Problem Solving Methods (8-D, PDCA, DMAIC)
- verifiedDemonstrated basic understand and training in at least one of the following areas: Probability and Statistics, Industrial statistics (Cpk, MSA, SPC), QA Tools (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans), Design of Experiments
- verifiedAble to read, understand and interpret technical drawings / documentation from three and ability to create technical drawings / documentation in Mechanical Design
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of Injection Molding equipment and processes. Working knowledge of machined part equipment and processes. Working knowledge of advanced Lean principles and methods (Value Stream Mapping, RIE, Status Display, 6S, Continuous Flow). Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt. Experience with Minitab.
