About the Team

The Channel Partner & Data Solutions team operates within the Enterprise Sales Solution group of Kaiser Permanente's National Health Plan Business Technology Solutions and Services. Our mission is to design and deliver end-to-end commercial sales solutions that leverage Salesforce (CRM/PRM) and Enterprise Customer Data Cloud Platforms. We exist to bridge the gap between complex sales strategies and the technology that powers them, ensuring that data roadmaps and solution alternatives drive tangible business value.

About the Role

As a Business Sales Solution Consultant, you will serve as a lead consultant and strategic partner, guiding the implementation of successful business initiatives across multiple functional tracks. This is a dynamic role where you will influence senior leadership on industry best practices and collaborate with cross-functional sales and marketing teams on joint development efforts.

In this position, you will not only manage complex projects and change management activities but also perform deep data analyses to drive business decisions. You will act as a bridge between diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in while navigating competing demands and evolving business priorities. Your day-to-day involves translating high-level business strategies into actionable technical roadmaps, facilitating difficult conversations with executive audiences, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
