Founded in 2004, Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to California's most vulnerable individuals, with a special emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. We develop, own, and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes. Through partnerships with developmental services, homeless services, veterans' services, and health care sectors, we implement a broad array of scattered-site, one-on-one supportive housing, and clinical case management programs.

We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Training Specialist to join our Data and Technology Department. This role is designed to develop, implement, and oversee our training program for Brilliant Corners technology platforms. You will create an internal training curriculum and deploy web-based and in-person trainings across the organization and to external partners.
This is an ideal position for a skilled trainer who can quickly grasp complex content, produce high-quality training materials, and effectively engage diverse audiences. You will thrive in a rapidly changing environment where all ideas are respected and encouraged. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with the Product Development team to ensure successful user adoption of software updates, interfacing with internal management to identify training needs, and conducting skills assessments to foster staff growth. You will be the bridge between complex technical systems and the people who use them, ensuring that our mission is supported by a confident, capable workforce.
