Founded in 2004, Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to California's most vulnerable individuals, with a special emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. We develop, own, and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes. Through partnerships with developmental services, homeless services, veterans' services, and health care sectors, we implement a broad array of scattered-site, one-on-one supportive housing, and clinical case management programs.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Training Specialist to join our Data and Technology Department. This role is designed to develop, implement, and oversee our training program for Brilliant Corners technology platforms. You will create an internal training curriculum and deploy web-based and in-person trainings across the organization and to external partners.
This is an ideal position for a skilled trainer who can quickly grasp complex content, produce high-quality training materials, and effectively engage diverse audiences. You will thrive in a rapidly changing environment where all ideas are respected and encouraged. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with the Product Development team to ensure successful user adoption of software updates, interfacing with internal management to identify training needs, and conducting skills assessments to foster staff growth. You will be the bridge between complex technical systems and the people who use them, ensuring that our mission is supported by a confident, capable workforce.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign, develop, and deliver basic and specialized technology training for the organization
- check_circleCoordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions while managing logistics
- check_circleDesign and expand learning resources including user guides and instructional materials
- check_circleInterface with internal management to identify training needs and design effective training plans
- check_circleCollaborate with Product Development to ensure successful user adoption of software updates
- check_circleMonitor and report on training attendance, metrics, and outcomes to track progress
- check_circleConduct skills and knowledge assessments for staff to identify technology growth areas
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-departmental partners on agency-wide trainings and onboarding programs

- check_circleDevelop and modify training assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and drive quality improvement
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of one year experience in a training or education role
- verifiedExperience with Salesforce
- verifiedExperience with e-learning software such as Articulate 360
- verifiedExperience with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- verifiedKnowledge of CRM, CMS, HRIS, and ERP platforms
- verifiedDirect experience with homeless service providers or supportive housing providers
Nice to Have
Knowledge of CRM, CMS, HRIS and ERP platforms and how they are used across a complex organization. Salesforce experience. Direct experience with homeless service providers and/or supportive housing providers.
