Founded in 2004, Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to California's most vulnerable individuals, with a specific emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. We develop, own, and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes. Through partnerships with developmental services, homeless services, veterans' services, and health care sectors, we implement a broad array of scattered-site, one-on-one supportive housing, and clinical case management programs.
In short, we do good work. While we are growing rapidly, we remain selective: We're seeking inspired, talented people who want to effect profound change and who have fun doing it. Our offices are statewide, staffed by passionate individuals who embody our core values of Humanity, Community, and Ingenuity.
The Technology Training Specialist is a pivotal member of our Data and Technology Department, dedicated to bridging the gap between complex technology and the people who use it. Your day will involve collaborating with product development to ensure new software updates are met with successful user adoption, creating high-quality instructional materials, and engaging diverse audiences with clarity and patience. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a rapidly changing environment where all ideas are respected, and who possesses the ability to grasp complex content quickly and present it with confidence.
Our culture is built on three pillars:
We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, subcontractors, and vendors.
