About the Role

This position is specifically designed for transitioning service members participating in the DOD SkillBridge Program. It offers a unique opportunity to provide consulting support to our Government Consulting Services Center of Excellence. The role is ideal for a professional passionate about public service, process improvement, and project management.

You will work within one of our Centers of Excellence, including Civil Services, Construction Management, Environmental Services, GIS, Government Consulting, Landscape Architecture, Planning Services, Structural/Transportation, or Water Resources/Ecological Services. While preferred locations include Colorado Springs, Denver, Phoenix, or San Antonio, we are open to considering other remote locations.

In this internship, you will engage directly with the Department of Defense and state/local governments. Your day-to-day will involve developing study methodologies, conducting data collection and analysis, researching topics, and writing unique reports. You will support continuous process improvement projects through data visualization and digital solutions, facilitate stakeholder engagements for visioning and problem-solving, and assist in proposal development. This role serves as a bridge between your military experience and a career in civilian engineering and consulting.
