About the Role
As a Federal Learning Consultant, you will support training delivery and go-live support at a client site, specifically within the healthcare and federal domain. This role is critical for localizing and implementing training strategies that maximize end-user adoption and minimize resistance. You will act as a bridge between deployment methodologies and the end user, evaluating program effectiveness and advocating for learning best practices in internal and external meetings.
The position requires a high degree of autonomy in facilitating training and managing relationships with stakeholders, while also collaborating on team delivery to create a positive work environment. You will be expected to maintain a constructive attitude, adhere to security and compliance standards, and continuously develop your professional competencies.

Requirements

- verifiedAbility to obtain Tier 3 Public Trust clearance
- verified4+ years combined higher education and work experience
- verified1 year in healthcare IT consulting, project management, learning facilitation, or client-facing experience
- verifiedProficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- verifiedExperience with training project management, preferably in healthcare or federal environments
- verifiedBachelor's degree (preferred)
- verifiedProject Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- verifiedExperience with Oracle (Cerner) EHR platforms (preferred)
