The Project Manager, Biospecimens Customer Services role serves as a vital customer-facing partner, focused on delivering an exceptional experience to biopharma clients. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal Operations teams, determining the feasibility of requests and coordinating the fulfillment of orders and custom projects. This position places a heavy emphasis on building strong, trusted relationships with specific customer accounts while ensuring a high quality of service. You will partner with Business Development Directors to cover a defined territory, managing active accounts, responding to inquiries, and ensuring that orders and custom projects move smoothly from inception to delivery.
In this role, you will serve as the bridge between external client needs and internal execution. Your day involves partnering with Business Development Directors to manage accounts and develop quotes, while coordinating feasibility reviews and delivery timelines with Operations. You will track project milestones, facilitate internal and external meetings to resolve issues, and ensure the timely, high-quality execution of customer requests. A key part of your success involves understanding your customers' research goals to provide product and industry guidance, effectively advocating for their needs within the organization. You will also generate inventory reports, manage expiring quotes, and proactively identify trends to improve the overall customer experience.
