As a Federal Learning Consultant, you will serve as a critical bridge between complex healthcare IT systems and the end users who rely on them. In this client-facing position, you will support training delivery and go-live support at federal sites, ensuring that deployment and sustainment methodologies are effectively translated into practical, user-friendly learning strategies. Your mission is to maximize end-user adoption, minimize resistance to change, and drive project objectives through high-impact facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
This role is designed for a professional who thrives in dynamic, high-travel environments. You will act as an advocate for learning best practices, building and fostering relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The position requires a deep understanding of the VA domain, including core clinical, revenue, and integrated systems, allowing you to contextualize training within the specific realities of federal healthcare operations.
This position is unique in its operational demands, requiring up to 75% travel to client sites. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 Public Trust security clearance. The role also entails a willingness to work additional or irregular hours as required by local regulations and project needs. You will be expected to adhere strictly to Oracle's and the client's security, privacy, and compliance standards, while maintaining a constructive attitude that supports a positive work environment.
