About the Program
The Kroger Summer Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience designed to help students grow their careers through focused, hands-on assignments. This opportunity offers competitive pay, direct exposure to senior leaders, and professional development resources.
Interns will spend the summer leading projects, refining their professional skills, and connecting with industry leaders and peers from across the country.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide research on products, competitors, services, processes, and other informational needs
- check_circleCreate reports and documentation in response to inquiries or requests in a timely manner
- check_circleCommunicate status updates and potential issues to appropriate team members
- check_circleParticipate in team meetings and provide feedback
- check_circleAssist retail and digital marketing managers with campaign development, execution, and measurement
- check_circleComplete data collection and research including planning, gathering, analyzing, and reporting
- check_circleCompile and organize data, summarize findings, and present conclusions to team members
- check_circleComplete a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments and present to leadership
Requirements
- verifiedActively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university
- verifiedGPA of 3.0
- verifiedWork authorization that does not require visa sponsorship
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
Preferred GPA of 3.0. Ability to analyze and interpret information and apply to business needs. Commitment to providing customer service. Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Involvement in leadership and community activities. Background in data analysis. Coursework and/or practical experience with digital marketing.
