
This full-time clinical role involves providing nutritional education and patient care to a diverse hospital population within the Parkland health system. The dietitian is responsible for screening patients for nutritional risks, developing individualized care plans, and counseling patients and families on medical nutrition therapy. Key duties also include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring patient progress, and mentoring dietetic technicians or student interns.
