About the Company

Dreaming big is in our DNA. As the home to the nation's most iconic beer and beyond-beer brands—including Michelob ULTRA, Busch Light, Budweiser, Stella Artois, and industry-leading craft spirits—we are guided by a commitment to the communities we call home. From supporting American farmers, military, veterans, and first responders to providing emergency drinking water donations, we are powered by a team of 65,000 hardworking Americans who share our passion to create a future with more cheers.

About the Role

Our Supply team is responsible for brewing, packaging, and shipping our iconic brands at world-class speed and quality. Brewery life moves fast, characterized by high-speed lines, tight schedules, and uncompromising safety and quality standards.

In this role, you will support and maintain the automated systems that keep our operations running at peak performance. You will work hands-on with PLCs, instrumentation, power distribution, and high-speed production equipment in a highly technical environment. This position is specifically designed for a Controls and Instrumentation Technician who thrives on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working in a dynamic setting. If you are driven by ensuring operational excellence and are ready to unleash your potential alongside a team that dreams as big as you do, this is the place to be.

Hiring Process

Candidates for this specialized role must successfully complete a Ramsay assessment (electrical/controls or mechanical) during the interview process. The assessment is a critical step to verify the specialized skills required beyond those of a general electrician.

Equal Opportunity

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
