About the Role
At our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will put your automation expertise to work in facilities that set the bar. As the Building Automation and Controls Manager, you will lead the Building Automation Systems (BAS) strategy, system optimization, and engineering talent across our portfolio of 55+ first-class facilities.
In this role, you will direct the design and optimization of HVAC controls while developing a team of Building System Engineers to ensure efficient operations and performance standards are met. You will partner with Operations and Construction teams to identify improvements for building controls, while maintaining system upgrades, cybersecurity policies, and standard processes throughout the organization.
