As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Bismarck facility, you will be the cornerstone of individualized care for our residents. Your role involves utilizing the full nursing process—from assessment and diagnosis to planning, implementation, and evaluation—to ensure comprehensive health maintenance and treatment.
You will collaborate closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team of providers to create and refine care plans. This position requires practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age-specific standards and the ethical guidelines set by the American Nurses Association. You may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while providing the necessary support to ensure safe and reliable care delivery.
