About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Bismarck facility, you will be the cornerstone of individualized care for our residents. Your role involves utilizing the full nursing process—from assessment and diagnosis to planning, implementation, and evaluation—to address the unique needs of each resident. You will collaborate closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team of providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
In this position, you will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards. Your responsibilities include overseeing preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. You may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care. Your practice is grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association.
