About the Role
At the GSS KS Olathe Hoeger House facility in Olathe, KS, the Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a vital member of the inter-disciplinary team. This role is designed for professionals who wish to utilize the full nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care to residents.
You will collaborate closely with residents, families, and providers to plan and evaluate care across all phases of preventative health, maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. The position offers the opportunity to serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care. Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state.

Requirements
- verifiedGraduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in nursing preferred

- verifiedMultistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
Nice to Have
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
