About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Sioux Falls Village, you will be the cornerstone of our care delivery. You will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating closely with families, interdisciplinary colleagues, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Your role involves caring for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

You will also have the opportunity to serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care. You will function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
