Join a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of history providing housing and services to seniors. We are committed to delivering quality care and service within a Christian environment, fostering a community where compassion and dignity guide every interaction.
At our Bismarck facility, the Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a vital member of a caring and compassionate team. This role is designed for professionals who wish to utilize the full nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized care to residents.
You will collaborate closely with residents, their families, and an inter-disciplinary team of colleagues, including providers, to plan and evaluate care strategies. The position requires demonstrating competency across the full scope of nursing expertise, utilizing age and population-specific standards to manage all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Beyond direct care, you will coordinate care efforts, conduct resident assessments, and lead educational initiatives.
In this capacity, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel. This involves ensuring that all delegated tasks align with job descriptions, skills, and resident care needs while providing the necessary support to guarantee safe and reliable care delivery. Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off for qualifying positions, along with a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Employees enjoy additional perks such as community daycare partnerships, scholarships, and sponsorships to support further learning and education. Our schedule offers flexibility with night, weekend, and pick-up shift differentials available, and we provide direct access to your earnings daily.
