As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Bismarck facility, you will be the cornerstone of individualized care for our residents. Your role involves utilizing the full nursing process—from assessment and diagnosis to planning, implementation, and evaluation—to ensure comprehensive care across all phases of preventative health, maintenance, and treatment.
You will collaborate closely with residents, their families, and an inter-disciplinary team of providers to plan and evaluate care strategies. This position requires practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards, and maintaining the highest ethical conduct as defined by the American Nurses Association. You may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while providing the necessary support to ensure safe and reliable care delivery.
We offer a supportive environment with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Employees enjoy paid time off, daycare partnerships within the community, and access to scholarships and sponsorships for further education. We also provide shift differentials for nights, weekends, and pick-up shifts, along with the flexibility of direct access to earnings daily.
