Located at the Gss Nd Bottineau Ctr in Bottineau, ND, this Registered Nurse position is designed for those who want to make a tangible difference in the lives of seniors. You will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care strategies.
In this role, you will function within the full scope of nursing expertise, managing preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. You may serve as the charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care. Your work will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses, ensuring professional conduct and high-quality outcomes.
