About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with families, inter-disciplinary colleagues, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. You will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the standards of the American Nurses Association and the Nurse Practice Act of North Dakota.
Your day will involve caring for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. You will coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education. In this role, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care.

Requirements
