About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will perform services in the provision of supportive or restorative care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
In this role, you will apply your knowledge of nursing principles and practices to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. You will demonstrate an understanding of growth and development over the life span, collecting data reflective of the patient's status to provide care relative to their age-specific needs as described in department policies and procedures. Your ability to relate effectively to patients, their families, physicians, and staff will be essential in maintaining our community-centered atmosphere.
