About the Role
As the Store Director, you are the architect of your store's success, accountable for every aspect of retail performance. This role exists to drive a profitable business while simultaneously fostering genuine connections with customers that build lasting loyalty. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring efficient operations and a shared vision for growth.
In this position, you will hire new talent and invest in the development of your existing team, ensuring everyone contributes to their highest potential. Your day-to-day involves leading with a meaningful connection to the brand, creating exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, and managing the systems and technology that keep the store running. You will partner with the District Manager to curate a collaborative environment and provide strategic feedback on product assortment and visual merchandising to ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
