This 13-week contract assignment operates on a 12-hour night shift schedule (19:00-07:00). As a Respiratory Therapist in the NICU, you will deliver specialized care to patients across acute and subacute units, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and compassionate care. Your day will involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, documenting outcomes, and advocating for the best possible patient experience while supporting recovery, safety, and continuity of care.
We handle the logistics of compliance and credentialing so you can focus entirely on patient care. To join us, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a RRT, including specific NICU experience, and hold a valid RRT license. You must also be willing to obtain North Carolina licensure.
